بمناسبة إحياء اليوم الدولي لحفظة السلام، تسلّم المندوب الدائم لتونس لدى منظمة الامم المتحدة السيد نبيل عمار، اليوم الجمعة 05 جوان 2026 بمقرّ الأمم المتّحدة بنيويورك، ميدالية"داغ همرشولد" لشهداء حفظ السلام، والتّي قدّمها الأمين العام لمنظمّة الأمم المتّحدة، السيّد أنطونيو غوتيريش، تكريما للرقيب أول سيف الدين حمريطة، الذي توفي سنة 2025 خلال تأديته لواجبه المهني
ببعثة الأمم المتحدة المتكاملة متعددة الأبعاد لتحقيق الاستقرار في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى

مداخلة السيد نبيل عمّار، المندوب الدائم لتونس لدى الأمم المتحدة بنيويورك في جلسة الجمعية العامة المخصصة لمناقشة استخدام حق النقض "الفيتو" بخصوص مشروع قرار حول الوضع في الشرق الأوسط:

"تؤكد تونس من جديد تضامنها الكامل مع أشقائها في المملكة العربية السعودية، ومملكة البحرين، ودولة الكويت، ودولة قطر، والإمارات العربية المتحدة، وسلطنة عُمان، والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وجمهورية العراق، في مواجهة كل ما يهدد أمنها واستقرارها وسيادتها وازدهارها.

وانطلاقاً من المبادئ الثابتة لسياستها الخارجية، تشدد تونس على تمسكها باحترام سيادة جميع الدول، وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وتغليب الوسائل السلمية في تسوية النزاعات.

إن الوضع المأساوي الراهن الذي يهدد اليوم استقرار العالم بأسره وسلامه، هو نتيجة مباشرة لفشل المجتمع الدولي في إعادة الحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف للشعب الفلسطيني على كامل أرضه، كما أنه نتيجة مباشرة لفضيحة أخلاقية وإنسانية عالمية غير مسبوقة، ولسلوك عربدة وحشي، ولأجندات شخصية لم يتم التنديد بها بالقدر الكافي وادانتها بوضوح.

Speech of H.E. Mr. Nabil Ammar, Permanent Representative of Tunisia to the United Nations, during the General Assembly Plenary meeting on the use of Veto:

Excellencies,

Tunisia reaffirms its total solidarity with its brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, the State of Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the Republic of Iraq, while confronting all threats to their security, stability, sovereignty, and prosperity.

Based on the constant principles of its foreign policy, Tunisia stresses its commitment to respecting all states sovereignty, United Nations Charter, and the primacy of peaceful means in the settlement of disputes.

The current tragic situation threatening, today, the stability and peace of the entire world is a direct consequence of the international community's failure, to restore the imprescriptible rights of the Palestinian people on all their land, as it is a direct consequence of an unprecedented moral, ethical and human worldwide scandal, predatory attitude and personal agendas, not sufficiently denounced and clearly condemned.

Excellences,

La Tunisie réaffirme sa solidarité totale avec les pays frères du Royaume d’Arabie saoudite, du Royaume de Bahreïn, de l’État du Koweït, de l’État du Qatar, des Émirats arabes unis, du Sultanat d’Oman, du Royaume hachémite de Jordanie et de la République d’Irak, face à toutes les menaces visant leur sécurité, leur stabilité, leur souveraineté et leur prospérité.

Fidèle aux principes constants de sa politique étrangère, la Tunisie souligne son attachement au respect de la souveraineté de tous les États, à la Charte des Nations Unies et à la primauté des moyens pacifiques dans le règlement des différends.

La situation tragique actuelle, qui menace aujourd’hui la stabilité et la paix du monde entier, est une conséquence directe de l’échec de la communauté internationale à rétablir les droits imprescriptibles du peuple palestinien sur l’ensemble de sa terre. Elle est également la conséquence directe d’un scandale moral, éthique et humain mondial sans précédent, d’une attitude prédatrice et d’agendas personnels insuffisamment dénoncés et clairement condamnés.

As part of the ongoing mobilization of support for his candidacy, Professor Slim Laghmani, Tunisia’s candidate for the position of judge at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (term 2026–2035), held a meeting with the Deputy Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Nations, in charge of maritime affairs and the continental shelf.

Dans le cadre de la mobilisation du soutien à sa candidature, Professeur Slim Laghmani, candidat de la Tunisie au poste de juge au Tribunal international du droit de la mer (mandat 2026-2035), a tenu aujourd’hui une rencontre avec le Représentant permanent adjoint du Sultanat d'Oman auprès des Nations Unies à New York, chargé des affaires maritimes et du plateau continental.
