Subject: Request for Strict Action Against Illegal Construction and Extortion on FGEHS Land near Karachi Cantt
Respected Sir,
With due respect, I, the undersigned, would like to bring to your kind attention the matter of illegal construction, unauthorized commercial activities, and extortion taking place on the land belonging to the Federal Government Employees Housing Society (FGEHS) near Karachi Cantt.
It has been observed that:
1. Several illegal markets and shops have been unlawfully built on this land.
2. Certain individuals are running unauthorized businesses and collecting extortion from occupants.
3. The boundary wall of the property has been demolished, and more than ten illegal structures have been constructed.
4. These illegal activities are not only violating state property rights but also causing severe financial loss to the Government of Pakistan.
Sir, these actions are a direct violation of the law and undermine the sanctity of federal government land. I humbly request your good office to kindly take immediate and strict action against all illegal occupiers, demolish unauthorized constructions, and restore the land to the lawful authority (FGEHS/Ministry of Housing & Works).
I trust your esteemed office will safeguard the rights of the state and ensure accountability.
