THE CAMEL โ€” ุงู„ุฅูุจูู„ู
The camel is an extraordinary animal known for its strength, patience, and ability to survive in harsh desert environments.
In Arabic, the camel is called ุฌูŽู…ูŽู„ูŒ (Jamal), while camels are commonly referred to as ุฅูุจูู„ูŒ (Ibil).
๐Ÿ“– A Hadith About Camels
The Prophet Muhammad ๏ทบ said:
โ€œDo not pray in the resting places of camels.โ€
This teaching is reported in Islamic hadith collections, including Sunan Ibn Majah.
Islamic teachings provide guidance about animals and their treatment. Learning about animals also helps us appreciate the wisdom and beauty of Allah's creation.

๐Ÿช PART 3: AMAZING CHARACTERISTICS OF CAMELS
WHY ARE CAMELS SO SPECIAL?
Camels possess remarkable characteristics that help them survive in hot and dry environments.
๐ŸŒต 1. Adapted to the Desert Camels can survive in environments where water is scarce.
๐Ÿ’ง 2. Water Conservation Their bodies are adapted to conserve water, helping them endure dry conditions.
๐Ÿช 3. Special Humps A camel's hump stores fat, which can be used as an energy source when food is limited.
๐Ÿ‘๏ธ 4. Protective Eyelashes Long eyelashes help protect their eyes from blowing sand.
๐Ÿ‘ƒ 5. Closable Nostrils Camels can partially close their nostrils to reduce the entry of sand.

๐Ÿช PART 4: TYPES OF CAMELS
DISCOVER THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CAMELS
There are two main types of living camels:
1. DROMEDARY CAMEL
๐Ÿช One-Humped Camel
Has one hump.
Commonly found in North Africa, the Middle East, and other dry regions.
Well adapted to hot desert climates.
2. BACTRIAN CAMEL
๐Ÿซ Two-Humped Camel
Has two humps.
Native to Central Asia.
Better adapted to cold environments than the dromedary.
DID YOU KNOW?
A camel's hump does not store water. It stores fat that provides energy when food is unavailable.

๐ŸŒฟ Feeding Habits Camels eat grasses, leaves, shrubs, and other plants. They can feed on vegetation that many other animals find difficult to eat.
๐Ÿ’ง Drinking Water When water becomes available after a period of thirst, camels can drink large quantities.
โ˜€๏ธ Desert Survival Their bodies are adapted to cope with heat and conserve water.
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Social Behaviour Camels are social animals and often live in groups.

๐Ÿช PART 7: IS CAMEL MEAT HALAL IN ISLAM?
CAMEL MEAT IN ISLAM ๐Ÿ•Œ
Camel meat is halal in Islam, provided the animal is slaughtered according to Islamic requirements.
The Qur'an teaches Muslims to respect the lawful dietary guidelines established by Allah.
๐Ÿ“– A Qur'anic Reference
Allah says:
โ€œO you who believe, fulfil your obligations.โ€
โ€” Surah Al-Ma'idah, 5:1
This verse establishes a general Islamic principle concerning obligations; it is not a specific verse declaring camel meat halal.
Camel meat is recognised as permissible in Islamic jurisprudence. There is also a separate legal discussion among scholars concerning whether eating camel meat invalidates wudu (ablution).

THE LION โ€” KING OF THE JUNGLE
Discover the Secrets of Nature ๐ŸŒฟ
1. Introduction: The King of the Jungle
The lion is widely known as the King of the Jungle. In traditional literature, it is admired for its strength, courage, bravery, and powerful presence. Many ancient writers described the lion as one of the most impressive wild animals.
2. The Lion in Ancient Literature
According to the book we are studying, the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle described unusual types of lions. One account mentions a reddish lion with a face resembling a human face and a tail like that of a scorpion. Another description refers to a lion resembling a cow, with black horns.
These descriptions are presented as historical accounts from the book and should not be considered scientifically verified animal species.
3. The Lion's Characteristics and Behavior
Lions are powerful carnivorous mammals belonging to the cat family. They have strong jaws, sharp canine teeth, muscular bodies, and powerful paws.
Lions are predators that hunt other animals for food. They can rest for long periods and conserve energy between hunting activities.
Lions also have social behavior. Unlike most wild cats, they often live in groups called prides. Lionesses usually play a major role in hunting and caring for their cubs.
4. The Birth and Growth of Lion Cubs
Lionesses give birth to live cubs after a gestation period of approximately 110 days. A litter usually contains one to four cubs.
Newborn cubs are small and vulnerable. Their eyes open after birth, and they depend on their mother for milk, protection, and care. As they grow, they gradually learn important survival skills.
5. The Lion in Islamic Teachings
Islamic teachings emphasize kindness toward animals and prohibit cruelty to them.
In Islamic jurisprudence, the majority of scholars consider eating lion meat prohibited because the lion is a predatory animal with canine teeth used for hunting.
This ruling is discussed in connection with the authentic hadith in which the Prophet Muhammad ๏ทบ prohibited eating animals among the beasts of prey that possess fangs.
6. Historical Narrations About the Lion
Some traditional Islamic and historical writings contain accounts connecting lions with the story of Prophet Nuh (Noah), peace be upon him, and the animals aboard his Ark.
Such accounts should be distinguished from the Qur'an and authentic hadith. Their authenticity needs to be checked before they are presented as established Islamic teachings.
7. Traditional Beliefs About Lions
Throughout history, people have attributed various medicinal and supernatural benefits to different animal parts, including those of lions.
However, claims that lion fat, hair, bones, or other body parts can cure illnesses or protect people from wild animals should not be treated as established facts without reliable scientific evidence.
Wild animals should be respected and protected rather than harmed because of unverified traditional beliefs.
