The children made a nest for the birds with natural materials they thought they would "like for their home." One child also added a sunflower snack in case the birds got hungry.🌿🌻🌱

As always The Curious Child Brooklyn follow the curiosities of the children! The children asked many questions about their teeth so we used disclosing tablets to highlights the plaque on our chompers by turning them pink! We spoke about how plaque is sugar and bacteria that's left on our teeth after eating. We then brushed away our pink plaque for healthy teeth!

Look Ma! No hands! Painting with magnets is magic!!!
How to: •Take a paper clip and make it into the shape you like.
•Add paint to a paper plate.
•Move a magnet around on the bottom side of the plate.

We often walk through the park to collect found things and natural materials. We hit the jackpot when we found this part from a bicycle wheel! We tested it to see if magnets would attach and a beautiful loose parts creation and lesson about magnetism happened!
