Join us on Wednesday, June 11 at 6:30 PM at the Oscar de la Renta School Campus (3761 10th Avenue) for an important community conversation about the Inwood Rezoning.
The Inwood Rezoning passed in 2018 with commitments made to our community. As we approach nearly 10 years since its passage, city agencies and non profit organizations will provide updates on the housing commitments and promises made to Inwood residents.
We invite neighbors, tenants, families, and community members to come learn, ask questions, and stay informed.

La rezonificación de Inwood fue aprobada en 2018 con compromisos hechos hacia nuestra comunidad. Ahora que nos acercamos a casi 10 años desde su aprobación, agencias de la ciudad y organizaciones sin fines de lucro ofrecerán actualizaciones sobre los compromisos y promesas de vivienda hechas a los residentes de Inwood.
Invitamos a nuestros vecinos, inquilinos, familias y miembros de la comunidad a participar, informarse, hacer preguntas y hacer escuchar sus voces.

What an incredible Saturday celebrating the amazing mothers of Washington Heights and Inwood! CB12 was honored to host a beautiful Mother’s Day event dedicated to the women who uplift our families, strengthen our communities, and lead with endless love every single day.
In communities like Washington Heights and Inwood, motherhood extends far beyond one household — it truly takes a village. These are neighborhoods filled with mothers, grandmothers, tias, and mother figures who help raise, guide, support, and look after one another’s children with so much love and care. That spirit of community is what makes Uptown so special.
Thank you to every mom who came out and made the event so meaningful with your energy, joy, and presence.

Qué sábado tan increíble celebrando a las maravillosas madres de Washington Heights y Inwood! CB12 tuvo el honor de organizar un hermoso evento del Día de las Madres dedicado a las mujeres que levantan a nuestras familias, fortalecen nuestras comunidades y lideran con amor infinito todos los días.
En comunidades como Washington Heights y Inwood, la maternidad va mucho más allá de un solo hogar — realmente se necesita un pueblo entero.
