With changes in the economy and changing workforce needs, we also understand that many members of volunteer organizations have less time that they can commit, which impacts both the operational and administrative functions of the organization. These difficulties are not exclusive to one organization; it is a shared experience across community based EMS agencies. Our goal is to assist those organizations in navigating through areas of difficulty so they can focus on achieving their goals and objectives, and continue to provide emergency medical services to their community while keeping themselves financially and operationally sustainable.
