The DGSC is pleased to offer free yoga classes for the Spring 2026 semester!

We are offering in-person yoga on Tuesday at 5:00PM in the DGSC lounge (rm 5414) and online yoga on Thursday at 6:30PM via Zoom.

All fitness classes are free, and mats and props will be provided. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Come join CLAGS and QUNY at the Fall Q***r Social on Friday, October 17 from 6:00-9:00 PM in RM 5414.

The q***r social hosted by CLAGS and QUNY is intended to cultivate a safe space to nurture community and connection between q***r students, faculty, and staff at the GC.

A one-time reimbursement of up to $300 will be available to eligible doctoral and master’s students who have already presented or will present at a professional/academic conference between May 23,2025-January 1, 2026.

Join the Consciousness Society on Friday, September 26 at 4:00 PM in the DGSC Social Lounge to welcome the start of the semester! Enjoy food and drinks, while connecting with other members of the Graduate Center community. This is a great chance to meet new people, share ideas, and learn about upcoming events.

The first plenary of the academic year is scheduled for Friday, September 19th at 3:00 pm. Its primary location will be in room 5414 at the Graduate Center, with a secondary location at the ASRC - Community Outreach Seminar room (1st floor).

Both locations will have food and will be connected via Zoom.
