Who knows our services better than the people who use them?
At Search and Care, we don’t just design programs behind closed doors—we build them together with our community!
For over 7 years, our Client Advisory Committee has been the heartbeat of our agency.
Every month, a diverse group of our participants meets to:
✅ Tell us what’s working (and what’s not).
✅ Share their personal and community concerns.
✅ Help us design new services that actually make sense for older adults today.
Did you know? Some of our best ideas came straight from this committee! From our "Senior Safety" video series to the "Tech Talk with Alex" sessions, these programs exist because our clients said, "This is what we need."
By listening to the experts—our clients—we ensure that our support is always personalized, respectful, and effective.
Thank you to our dedicated committee members for helping us shape the future of care! ❤️

Did you know that 81% of our participants reported their financial situation improved after working with our Money Matters program?
For 14 years, Vicky has been a cornerstone of our Money Matters team. With an MBA, a CFA background, and 19 years of experience at Citi, she could be anywhere—but she chooses to be here, helping older New Yorkers navigate taxes, budgets, and complex financial hurdles.
As one client put it: "I truly value working on my taxes with Vicky and having meaningful interaction." Vicky doesn't just manage paperwork; she combats isolation and prevents financial exploitation.
Thank you, Vicky, for 14 years of devotion! 🧡
