A team is more than those on the ballot, voting for Independents of CCNY means voting for this group of ambitious, talented, and determined reformers. Despite SERC's ruling forcing us to run 1 to 3 against our opponents, we have the ideas and the abilities to enact positive change at CCNY.

“The moral test of government is how that government treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; those who are in the shadows of life; the sick, the needy and the handicapped. “-Hubert H. Humphrey
Our government’s leadership has failed the most basic test of morality today, as President Trump directly attacks the most vulnerable among us: undocumented children, who have truly lived in the shadows of life for far too long. Now, backed into a corner by the racism and xenophobia rampant in our country, they’re facing an uncertain fate. As citizens and scholars, the burden now falls to us to fight to ensure that our friends, neighbors, classmates, and family are all guaranteed a safe place to live and the peace of mind they deserve.

First and foremost I would like to thank everyone that supported the Independent movement in this past election, I am greatly appreciative and applaud you for being a part of something revolutionary!
As I'm sure some of you know, the President has decided to nullify the elections that just occurred. As a result, this MONDAY and TUESDAY from 11AM-6PM there will be NYPIRG RE-ELECTIONS! You vote through paper ballot in the NAC ROTUNDA!
We ask that you continue to support the independent movement and vote for the candidates FRANTZY LUZINCOURT and ANTHONY VIOLA! They have been active and worked with NYPIRG directly for over a semester in setting up and working on projects such as the Food Pantry!
Again thank you all for the support, and let's continue to overcome obstacles, fight for what's right, and make history because the CCNY community deserves nothing less.
First thing I would like to say is THANK YOU SO MUCH, myself and the other candidates would not have gotten so far as an independent movement without you all. This election is historic and we have the potential to change CCNY forever. Never have independent candidates mobilized and challenged the current power structure of CCNY on this scale. The opposing party has been in power for 7 years and this is the first time that their administration has been threatened. The Student Election Review Committee has ordered the dissolution of our website and this page to ensure that the election remains fair. Again, thank you so much for everyone who supported and PLEASE VOTE TOMORROW, AND SPREAD THE WORD. Join the movement. Make History. Vote Independent.
