It’s graduation season y’all-and Exodus is proud to congratulate Erykah, Iris and Bella-three of our Exodus team members who each graduated from a collegiate program this spring! Erykah and Bella both completed their Masters in Social Work from Columbia University, and Iris completed her Associates from Boricua College. Hard work pays off. We are proud of you and can’t wait to see what’s next!

Today, Exodus Transitional Community unveils our new logo — and with it, a renewed commitment to the people and communities we serve.

The phoenix has always been at the heart of who we are. From our very beginning, it has represented what our community knows deeply: that transformation is possible, that rising is not just a hope — it's a practice.

Under the leadership of our CEO, Kathleen McAnulty Bernier, we are stepping into this next chapter with clarity, purpose, and pride — committed to the individuals and families who walk through our doors every day, and to those still behind the wall, you are never forgotten. Our commitment to you is just as unwavering.
