🚨 LAST CALL: Fellowship Deadline is March 2nd 🚨

If you’ve been “thinking about it”… this is your sign. Apply to a fellowship through the Colin Powell School before it’s too late.

Why you NEED to apply (especially for career exploration 👇):

🔎 1. Explore before you commit.**
Over 60% of college students change their major at least once! Fellowships let you test-drive careers in public service, climate policy, finance, human rights, and more before graduation.

💼 2. Experience = employability.
Employers consistently rank internship & applied experience as the #1 factor in hiring decisions. A fellowship gives you structured, resume-ready experience.

📈 3. Higher earning potential.
Students who complete internships are significantly more likely to receive job offers and often start with higher salaries than peers without experience.

🤝 4. Access to mentors + networks.
Up to 70–80% of jobs are filled through networking. Fellowships connect you directly to professionals, alumni, and industry leaders.

💰 5. Get paid to explore.
Stipends are awarded so you can build your career without sacrificing income.

🌎 6. No GPA or major requirement.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Fellowships are HOW you figure it out.
