The Homes & Housing Committee represents the community’s interests with regards to housing related matters and concerns, namely in relation to NYCHA, and acts as a liaison between community members and the New York City Housing Authority as well as local property owners, management teams, TAs and HOAs.

It was a pleasure to host our Bronx BP Vanessa L. Gibson at our recent Seniors Connected Meeting as well as our new CM Justin Sanchez at our May General Board Meeting where we also helped collect ballots for the third cycle of the People's Money!

The Youth & Education committee represents the community’s interests with regards to education and programs that target the youth and acts as a liaison between community members and the NYC Department of Education including Parent Advocates, PTA’s, Educators and Principals, School Safety, the Administration for Children Services, NYC Department of Youth & Development and local organizations and nonprofits.

The Parks and Recreation Committee represents the community's interests with regard to parks, park services and all park related matters and acts as a liaison between parks users and the New York City Parks Department.

The Land & Zoning, Economic Development & Planning Committee represents the community's interests with regard to the use of land, zoning, landmark, building, etc. and acts as a liaison between community members and Department of City Planning, Department of Buildings & the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
