Governor Cuomo’s legislation – A.10581 (Jeffries), will fix the racist, unlawful and costly ma*****na arrest problem in NYC that results from stop-and-frisk.

Common Sense on Ma*****na Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s proposal to decriminalize public possession of small amounts of ma*****na is sound and has wide support from law enforcement. The State Senate majority leader should drop his opposition.

Gov. Cuomo has come out in strong support of ending the Ma*****na Arrest Crusade in NY! This could end tens of thousands of costly, racially biased, and unconstitutional ma*****na arrests in the state every year.
Our work is not done. Come with us to Albany June 12th and show your legislators that you support legislation S.5187 (Gristanti)/ A.7620 (Jeffries) to stop biased and costly ma*****na arrests which are a result of illegal and racist Stop, Frisk and Search policing practice. Let's get them to pass this legislation and close the loophole!
