The Asian Mentoring Committee expands Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC's volunteer recruitment and fundraising efforts to NYC's greater Asian communities.

Founded in 2010, the Asian Mentoring Committee (AMC) is an affinity group of Asian and Pacific Islander volunteers who support Asian Littles in NYC and the New American Program (NAP). AMC recruits potential AAPI mentors, plans events and fundraises for NAP. NAP is Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC’s specialized language-access program, helping children from immigrant families overcome the unique obs
