The devastation we encountered up in the panhandle last week brought back memories of our Sandy days.
We started a Christmas toy drive for the kids affected by Michael in Port St Joe and surrounding areas.
Consider buying some good presents, low tech (no batteries), not alot of pieces for portability, and together we can all helping lighten their parents burden this holiday season. All items from the wishlist get delivered directly to our collection location in Hernando County FL for distribution to the parents in time for the holidays.
For more info or questions or to donate directly, contact me. 352-606-0141 or 917-301-0299
We driving to Port St. Joe in the panhandle Friday after work. The plan is small volume gas distribution to affected non-government citizens, cars, generators, equipment, chain saws, whoever needs supplies.
We want gas cans, gas cards, cash, trailers, drivers, and brave souls who can fend for themselves for a few days, bring your own sleeping gear and mres. Lmk ASAP
We have to be back for work Monday, but knowing how these things happen, if you can plan to take more time and assist for longer than two days, I assure you, you will be appreciated if you have tools skills and realize the gravity of the situation, (no bathrooms.. or buildings.. etc)

There are many people in my cancer family. I am running the NYC Marathon this year as a fundraiser for Fred's Team which is associated with Memorial Sloan Kettering Center in NYC. Money donated to Fred's Team will be used to fund cancer research for those in my cancer family. Please do two things: donate to help your cancer family and share the link below on your FB page to spread the word. Thanks for your support.

Anybody who helped us in Breezy needs to know there is a new book out "The Battle for Breezy Point" by Sebastian Danese, (REMEMBER SEABASS?), NYPD and member of the Point Breeze Fire Department. It's a MUST READ. (and... We're in it!)
