Happy Pride Month from Sadie Nash! πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ πŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈ

This month we will be sharing reflections on Pride from staff, Nashers, alumni, and community members. We're starting the series off with reflections from our Director of Programs, Kadiatou Tubman on the power of Q***r Leadership. πŸ’«

"Q***ring leadership means sharing responsibility and leading with love and courage. It means leading with the understanding that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and like they belong. It means challenging the status quo and fighting against systems that seek to isolate and belittle us. It means recognizing that liberation from oppressive systems must remain at the heart of everything we lead." - Kadiatou Tubman
