🐾 The answer is C: Give abdominal thrusts!
If a dog is choking and the object cannot be removed, abdominal thrusts can help dislodge the obstruction. The technique is similar, but your position changes depending on the size of the dog.
🐶 Small dog: Pick them up with their spine against your torso.
🐕 Medium dog: Stand them on their back legs with their spine against your torso.
🐕🦺 Large dog: Kneel beside them.
Knowing what to do before an emergency happens can make all the difference.
❤️ Different sizes. Different positions. Same goal: save a life.
