This Giving Tuesday, you can help St. John’s University in its mission to provide a quality education to students who would not otherwise be able to afford it. It is because of the generosity of alumni and friends like you that this is possible.

For today’s Giving Tuesday campaign one of our fundraisers is in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Chemistry Dept. As someone who majored in Chemistry or one of the stem sciences or is a donor to the sciences, we thought you might want to support this scholarship which will be awarded to a chemistry major in their sophomore, junior, or senior year, with preference given for a student with financial need.

Help St. John's celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Chemistry Department, and to ensure the success of future generations of chemistry majors.

St. John’s University Centennial Chemistry Scholarship Fund

The Chemistry Department of St. John’s University is proud to announce the formation of the Centennial Chemistry Scholarship Fund for Chemistry majors in St. John’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. The endowment is being created in recognition of the 100th anniversary of the Chemistry Department at St. John’s University, which will be in 2021.

To celebrate, alumni and faculty are invited to give back so that the future students of St. John’s University will benefit. Our goal is to reach $100,000 by our 100th anniversary in September of 2021.

Anyone looking for a position as a bench top chemist? I have a contact at Forest labs and they are hiring for a few positions. If you send me your resume and I can have my friend hand it in directly. I might help your chances of at least getting an interview.
