Community Diaper Bank Packing Day
On May 23, the team packed over 6,000 baby diapers, and distributed them to mothers in need via our community partner Brooklyn Center For Quality Life. This initiative was funded by a grant from the NYU Langone "Just Mothers" program. The Just Mothers program seeks to improve maternal and child health outcomes.
Diaper insecurity impacts nearly half of US families, and may force difficult choices between food, paying bills, or keeping children in clean diapers. 🩵💛
