The Education & Career Services Department at NMIC offers a comprehensive set of services to support community members as they build the tools to move on to college, advanced training, and/or living wage careers.

These services include:

-Education: High school equivalency, English, and computer courses.
-Workforce Training: Certification in construction, customer/food service, Microsoft Office, or home health aide.
-Job Readiness Training: Resume, interview, job search, and professional skills training.
-Career Development: Paid internships and assistance finding and keeping a job.
