In the process, our music artists are engaging with new cultures in a new dynamic audience conversation offering up new ideas while we help audiences focus on who the artist is and most importantly what their art can be, enhancing song media into fresh new directions. In the process, both the ShareTheMic™ organization and our growing catalogue of global music artists’ are currently supporting this movement in public performances while our audiences around the world support their humanitarian participation in new life experiences while promoting the democratic use of event spaces, contests, and tours places for collaboration and free and creative expression while reaching people beyond the traditional limitations of class, age, race and education to help define and support change for all global issues facing humanity. With our proprietary software developed in 2010, we are able to effectively seek out and discover up-and-coming advocates and ambassadors then partner them with organizations by inviting them to collaborate in specially managed and supported media driven national campaigns. In turn, collectively we then promote the cause objective to a national and international emotionally connected youth engaged audience. We specialize in focusing on supporting each program with smart strategic planning in all of our relationship management services. Author Milton C. Cummings describes cultural diplomacy as: “the exchange of ideas, information, values, systems, traditions, beliefs, and other aspects of culture, with the intention of fostering mutual understanding”. Since 2011, we have been a provider of great talent for the US Embassies in the Middle East by using our software to discover and train musicians to become informal ambassadors or early cultural diplomats. We are experts in managing experiential performance – media tours that are developing a sounder understanding of respective values and reducing susceptibility to stereotypes in turn promoting tourism to the most beautiful regions on earth. Our cultural diplomacy initiative of our exchange tours aim to yield long-term benefits by promoting national interest and sustain new relationships that are developed while enhancing socio-cultural understanding. ShareTheMic is currently developing programs in Egypt with the US Embassy of Cairo and will be looking to expand into all areas across the Middle East by end of 2012.
