Today, the NYPD was out in full force for the Israel Day Parade.

Tens of thousands gathered along Fifth Avenue, and the Finest worked to ensure the safety of all attendees.

This event went off without incident, and that’s thanks to the greatest police department in the world.

Scam likely? Not on our watch.

When an elderly New Yorker lost $5,000 in a phone scam, Crime Prevention Officer Minh Hoang helped get that money back.

It’s just another day’s work for the NYPD — helping New Yorkers any way we can.

On Memorial Day, we honor the NYPD heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice protecting our country.

In March, Police Officer Sorrfly Davius died in Kuwait while serving with the National Guard.

We will never forget him and all those who gave their lives in the line of duty.

Vincent Danz was one of 23 NYPD officers who made the ultimate sacrifice responding to the World Trade Center on 9/11.

On Friday, his family, the NYPD, and the U.S. Coast Guard honored him at a commissioning ceremony for the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Vincent Danz.
