Today, the NYPD was out in full force for the Israel Day Parade.
Tens of thousands gathered along Fifth Avenue, and the Finest worked to ensure the safety of all attendees.
This event went off without incident, and that’s thanks to the greatest police department in the world.

Vincent Danz was one of 23 NYPD officers who made the ultimate sacrifice responding to the World Trade Center on 9/11.
On Friday, his family, the NYPD, and the U.S. Coast Guard honored him at a commissioning ceremony for the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Vincent Danz.
As we kickstart the summer season this Memorial Day weekend, New York's Finest will continue to serve and protect from the land, air, and sea.
