– Winners will be notified via phone or email with instructions on how to claim their prizes.
– Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
– Winners may win multiple times for the 3rd prize ($1,000).
– Winners can only win once for the 1st prize ($15,000), 2nd prize ($5,000).
– If a winner qualifies for more than one of these prizes, they will receive the highest prize. (Example: If you win $1,000 and later win $5,000 or $15,000, you will claim the higher amount.)
