Barnes & Noble is RETURNING to the Bay Terrace Shopping Center! Welcome Back to the neighborhood Barnes & Noble!

We heard you, Bayside and Bay Terrace! Cord Meyer Development is excited to announce the return of Barnes & Noble to the Bay Terrace Shopping Center.

For several years, we’ve worked to bring back this neighborhood favorite, which closed in 2015. Today, we’re proud to share that a lease has been signed and a new Barnes & Noble will open in the former Express space. Construction is expected to begin soon.

This milestone reflects the multi-million-dollar investments made by Cord Meyer to enhance and modernize the shopping center, including plans for a new residential community off 26th Avenue. Together, these efforts are helping to attract a dynamic mix of tenants and maintain the Bay Terrace’s position as a vibrant destination for the community.
