Douglaston Station Plaza

We want to create a better public space at the cul-de-sac on 235th Street on the north side of the D Join us!

In 2013, the Douglaston Local Development Corporation (DLDC) applied to DOT’s NYC Plaza Program to create a plaza at Douglaston LIRR Station. DOT has selected DLDC’s proposal and will begin working with the community to gather input, generate ideas, and ultimately create a better pedestrian experience. The process will include public consultation and presentations to the Community Board.
