Founded by Stephanie Booth and Jessica Parks in 2010, The Umbrella Co. is a New York City based dance co-operative. The Umbrella Co.
was founded in an effort to create choreography in a collaborative and nurturing atmosphere with an emphasis on process and the synthesis of the disparate idiosyncrasies of the individual. Each member of the company has the option to use the organization as a resource and to create work. The Umbrella Company focuses on and recognizes that each artist is an integral part of the whole.

TUCdance is getting excited about welcoming a new dancer to the team!!! That's right folks, Booth is with baby!!!
Parks of TUCdance will be performing at ArtLabJ tomorrow and Saturday evening. Come on out, say "hi," and see some dance in Detroit! Also join Parks for a rep/tech class on Saturday from 4-5:30... we're going to MOVE y'all!
