After 12 long years of schooling I have finally finished. A new chapter has risen. I will be attending St. John’s University and pursing my career as a U.S. Army officer. As a son of fleeing refugees who have given up everything for their children’s success I have graduated with full honors. I will make it my job to ensure they are proud of their success as well as America to be proud of having yet another family reach the American dream!

Another chapter of my life complete. No more rushing to practice after school waiting to shoot around, or having Adis get mad at you for every little thing (still love you) or even just joking around. And my most favorite yelling LETS GO DOZOOOO On the the top of my lungs no more. A brotherhood was formed and that will never be taken away from us. I’m proud of my brothers.They fought hard and showed grit. Now it time to open a new chapter in live. @ Benjamin N. Cardozo High School
