We were proud to present a grant of $600 to the Metropolitan Fire Association to fund a CPR/AED class for their Explorers post. Metro Fire provides hands-on firefighting and EMS training to the Explorers, comprised of youth ages 13 to 18.

We are happy to assist them as they conduct these lifesaving trainings!

had a great time helping out at the New York City Fire Museum on Spring Street which has been closed due to renovations. We are so excited to see this museum and all its history being properly restored.

Run Announcement - Mile 2,075 (Matthew's 32nd Mile)

On Sunday afternoon, January 4th, Matthew will be running one mile (weather permitting) carrying the Freedom Flag in honor of fallen New York Police Department - NYPD (NY) Detective Herbert Fonseca.

The run will take place at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time in Staten Island, New York, though we encourage folks from across the nation join us by taking a 1-mile walk or run in your own communities to honor this fallen hero.
