Memutuskan dan Menetapkan Emas Dalam Bentuk Kertas ( Emas Dalam Bentuk Uang Dalam Bentuk Surat Berharga sebagai Mata Uang Internasional dan Alat Pembayaran Internasional yang sah Dengan Nilai U.S.Dollar, EURO, Pound Sterling, REAL, Dinar, Dirham, Franc, Pound, Rupee, Shilling, Won, Yen, Yuan, Kroon, Ringgit, Peso, Gulden, Rupiah dan lain-lain yang dikeluarkan oleh JENDERAL BESAR L.M. SYAHRIAL, SH selaku Pemegang Kekuasaan Tertinggi dan Pemilik ) sebagai Jaminan Percetakan Uang yang sah yang telah resmi dan sah berlaku di seluruh Negara di Dunia yang telah memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap dan mengikat telah resmi dan sah berlaku secara mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

9. Memutuskan dan Menetapkan Emas Dalam Bentuk Kertas ( Emas Dalam Bentuk Uang Dalam Bentuk Surat Berharga sebagai Mata Uang Internasional dan Alat Pembayaran Internasional yang sah Dengan Nilai U.S.Dollar, EURO, Pound Sterling, REAL, Dinar, Dirham, Franc, Pound, Rupee, Shilling, Won, Yen, Yuan, Kroon, Ringgit, Peso, Gulden, Rupiah dan lain-lain yang dikeluarkan oleh JENDERAL BESAR L.M. SYAHRIAL, SH selaku Pemegang Kekuasaan Tertinggi dan Pemilik ) sebagai Mata Uang Internasional dan Alat Pembayaran Internasional yang sah yang telah resmi dan sah berlaku di seluruh Negara di Dunia yang telah memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap dan mengikat telah resmi dan sah berlaku secara mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

10. Memerintahkan kepada JENDERAL BESAR L.M. SYAHRIAL, SH untuk segera mengeluarkan Emas Dalam Bentuk Uang Dalam Bentuk Surat Berharga sebagai Mata Uang Internasional dan Alat Pembayaran Internasional yang sah Dengan Nilai US $ 1.100.000.000.000,- ( Satu Trilyun Seratus Milyar Dollar Amerika ) untuk biaya pembangunan Ibukota Internasional (seluruh Negara) dan Ibukota Negara Republik Indonesia di Daerah Khusus Ibukota Bau-Bau Tahun Anggaran 2012 – 2017.

11. Memerintahkan kepada JENDERAL BESAR L.M. SYAHRIAL, SH untuk segera mengeluarkan Emas Dalam Bentuk Uang Dalam Bentuk Surat Berharga sebagai Mata Uang Internasional dan Alat Pembayaran Internasional yang sah Dengan Nilai US $ 500.000.000.000,- ( Lima Ratus Milyar Dollar Amerika ) untuk biaya Gaji , biaya Operasional dan biaya Kegiatan Ketua Badan Kehormatan Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2012 - 2013.

12. Memerintahkan kepada Ketua Badan Kehormatan Negara Republik Indonesia ( Presiden dan Negara Republik Indonesia ) untuk segera melaksanakan seluruh yang tertuang dalam Kartu Ketua Badan Kehormatan Negara Republik Indonesia ( Presiden dan Negara Republik Indonesia ) sebagaimana yang diamanatkan oleh PENGUMUMAN NEGARA REPUBLIK INDONESIA tanggal 27 Juli 2012.

13. Memerintahkan kepada Ketua Badan Kehormatan Negara Republik Indonesia untuk segera melaksanakan seluruh yang tertuang dalam Kartu Ketua Badan Kehormatan Negara Republik Indonesia sebagaimana yang diamanatkan oleh PENGUMUMAN PERSERIKATAN BANGSA-BANGSA DAN INTERNASIONAL ( SELURUH NEGARA ) tanggal 27 Juli 2012.

14. . Memerintahkan kepada Ketua Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa untuk segera melaksanakan seluruh yang tertuang dalam Kartu Ketua Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa sebagaimana yang diamanatkan oleh PENGUMUMAN PERSERIKATAN BANGSA-BANGSA DAN INTERNASIONAL ( SELURUH NEGARA ) tanggal 27 Juli 2012.

15. Memerintahkan kepada Dewan Keamanan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, Militer, Polisi dan Rakyat Internasional ( seluruh Negara ) untuk mengawal dan mensukseskan PENGUMUMAN PERSERIKATAN BANGSA-BANGSA DAN INTERNASIONAL ( SELURUH NEGARA ) tanggal 10 Januari 2013 ini.

Demikian Pengumuman Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa dan Internasional ( seluruh Negara ) ini terhitung sejak tanggal di keluarkan secara otomatis telah menjadi Ketetapan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa dan Internasional ( seluruh Negara ), Keputusan Veto Pemegang Hak Veto Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, Ketetapan Majelis Umum Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, Keputusan Sekretaris Jenderal Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, Keputusan Dewan Keamanan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, Keputusan Mahkamah Internasional Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa dan Keputusan Dewan Ekonomi dan Sosial Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa yang telah resmi dan sah berlaku di Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa dan di seluruh Negara di Dunia yang telah memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap dan mengikat telah resmi dan sah berlaku secara mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat dan Tindakan Menghalangi, Mempersulit, Menolak, Meniru, Menambah dan atau Memalsukan Pengumuman Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa dan Internasional ( seluruh Negara ) ini adalah Tindakan Melawan Allah Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, Internasional ( seluruh Negara ), Negara Republik Indonesia dan Negara Amerika Serikat sanksinya Hukuman Mati.
