The Hidden Sparks Retreat brought together passionate educators for a day filled with meaningful dialogue, practical learning, reflection, and connection. From keynote sessions to conversations between colleagues, the energy throughout the day was powerful and uplifting.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the retreat such a meaningful experience. We’re excited to continue the learning and conversations in the months ahead.

Last week, educators from 35 schools came together for the Hidden Sparks Retreat 2026: Navigating Difficult Conversations with Parents.

Through thoughtful discussion, practical strategies, and inspiring presenters, we explored how perspective-taking, empathy, and communication can strengthen partnerships between schools and families.
