Mr. Barry G. Campbell, master of VA claims and Founder/President of Veterans Quality Of Life Access Network Inc. Has been taking veterans out of poverty for over 40 years. He created a screening process for VA claims that has helped millions veterans across america (THE UNDER SERVED). He accomplished this without support from the government, state,city and VA administration. VQLAN has been self funding for years.
