Last week, Seniors from across all four Urban Dove Charter Schools came together for a night to remember at Senior Prom. From the moment students walked through the doors, the energy was incredible. The photo booths were busy, and the room was filled with laughter, music, and celebration.
It was great to see students from across the network connecting, making memories, and enjoying this special milestone together. Whether they were showing off their dance moves, posing for pictures with friends, or simply taking in the moment, our seniors made the most of the evening.
Congratulations to the Class of 2026! We are so proud of everything you have accomplished and excited for everything that lies ahead. Thank you for bringing your energy, style, and spirit to a truly memorable night. Your Urban Dove family is cheering you on as you take your next steps toward the future.

We are celebrating our young people today on National Student-Athlete Day. They show us every day what commitment, resilience, and discipline truly look like.
At Urban Dove, we built our model on sports-based youth development because sports is so much more than athletics. It is belonging to and showing up for a team. It is about responsibility, empathy for teammates, and learning to lead with character. It is about putting in the hard work, building resilience, and finding the perseverance to face challenges both on and off the court.
Our student-athletes rise to this challenge every day. They compete with intensity, grow through setbacks, support one another, and stay focused in the classroom. Today, we celebrate their effort, their growth, and the example they set for their communities.

What does real-world experience look like for a high schooler?
At a recent Urban Dove Varsity Basketball game, three students of UD Team IV Manhattan found out. As Gameday Interns alongside the Athletic Coordinator, they tracked stats, managed the clock, and supported coaches in real time. And they got paid to do it.
These are the moments when students start to see themselves as respected professionals. Because education does not stop at the classroom door. In addition to working hard on their diplomas, our students also see proof that they can show up, perform, and lead.
