Guess who was mentioned in the New York Times Lifestyle section??
I had the pleasure of Officiating Justin and Maya's wedding in Miami. Out of all the ceremonies I've performed over the years by far this one held the most sentiment.

Prep work before a closing is vital. I tab all the required signatures and notary pages. Its great for checks and balances which saves you and the client lots of time.

I will be teaching my last weekly sessions for the year on Tues 11/12 and Thurs 11/14. (still accepting applicants)
Apostilles:
Last day for apostille processing for 2024 in NY, GA and Fl will be 11/13/2024.
FinCen/BOIR Filing or New LLC:
For all my new and existing clients. I will not be filing any BOIR after Dec 1, 2024. So I will reaching out to y'all soon so please be on the lookout.
Tax season (PTIN):
existing PTIN holders expires on Dec 31st. Renewals are available starting next week through the end of the year for 2025.
