• New Paltz: A ceremony will take place at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, at the 9/11 memorial on North Putt Corners Road and Henry W. DuBois Drive. The memorial is one of a few with a cutting from the original “Survivor Tree” at Ground Zero, procured by the Hinson family and former U.S. Rep. Peter King.
