January 31st, 2025 - Academy Cadet Squadron celebrates the promotions of their fellow Cadets and Adult Leaders on their milestones, promotions, and awards! Presented here is an award and promotion ceremony at Vaughn College. During this time, we see two Mitchell Award recipients, C/2d Lt Bedoya and C/2d Lt Oh being presented their placards by Lieutenant Colonel Koch, as well as C/SSgt Branden Fong being presented his Wright Brothers award next to his brother.

Cadets from NY-147, Academy Cadet Squadron, Civil Air Patrol , during their overnight adventure on board the USS Intrepid, Sea Air Space Museum last night. Cadets slept on the inside flight deck, ate in the sailors' mess, had unlimited rides in the flight simulators and a nighttime tour of The Fighting "I" a veteran of WWII in the Pacific, the Cold War in the Atlantic, Vietnam, and the Space Program.
