Today’s lunch meal is jam packed with both food, and volunteers! We are so grateful to be able to feed hundreds of our low income neighbors every day.

Housing is more than a place to live. It creates space for opportunities, dignity, and long-term sustainable change.
Our friends at have been wonderful partners in helping voucher holders and low income New Yorkers find a place to call home.
Our team had a great time attending their cocktail event in support of their work, and hearing stories of impact from individuals whose lives have been changed by housing support.
Thank you for having us, Anthos | Home!

Last night’s Plates for Change Chef Showcase was absolutely beautiful! It was wonderful to be in BRIC House with so many of our supporters together in community.
We are thrilled to say that we raised over $35,000 last night in support of our mission to end hunger and poverty in central Brooklyn. The event was a beautiful celebration of our work, and it would not have been possible without the support of our incredible community here in Brooklyn!
Thank you! ✨

Join us as we celebrate our mission and the community that makes this work possible.
It has been 442 days since Mayor Mamdani promised to drop the CityFHEPS lawsuit and expand access to housing vouchers for people living in shelter and rent-burdened tenants in housing court. It has been 28 days since the Mayor filed an appeal that blocks this expansion and delays families’ access to stable housing.
There are over 100,000 people sleeping in shelters on average each night.
It is critical for the Mamdani administration to honor its commitments and follow through on this expansion. The time for promises is over—New Yorkers deserve action now.
We are joining our coalition partners to call on the Mayor to honor his promise, drop the legal challenge, and ensure CityFHEPS expansion moves forward. Families in New York City cannot wait any longer.
Thank you to our member leader Michael for using his voice in this critical moment.
