Ingredients
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 box cheesecake instant pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 tub whipped topping
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1/2 cup strawberry sauce
Instructions
Whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes.
Fold in half of the whipped topping.
Stir in diced strawberries.
Spread into pie crust.

Ingredients
Apple Filling
6 cups apples, peeled and sliced
3 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp apple pie spice
1 tbsp lemon juice
Crisp Topping
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup light brown sugar
¾ cup quick oats
½ cup cold butter, cubed
½ tsp apple pie spice
Pinch of salt
For Serving
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat your campfire grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine apples, brown sugar, granulated sugar, apple pie spice, and lemon juice.
Place the apple mixture into a large foil pan or baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, butter, apple pie spice, and salt until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples.
Cover loosely with foil and cook for 25–30 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
Let cool slightly.
Top with vanilla ice cream and drizzle generously with caramel sauce.

Crockpot Hot Dog Chili
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup water
5 ounces tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess grease.
Transfer beef to the crockpot.
Add water, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
Stir until well combined.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
Stir occasionally if possible.
Spoon over hot dogs and top with diced onions, pickles, or shredded cheese.
Tips
For a smoother chili, mash the beef with a potato masher while cooking.
