Green Oasis Community Garden & Gilbert's Sculpture Garden

Green Oasis was visited by Bette Midler today! What a wonderful visit! What an honor to meet this lovely person that values our Urban gardens. Thank you Joe and Edwin!

These guys are my heroes! My calling and texting... lots finally paid off. These guys came with the carbon monoxide machine to help with the rat problem. I have fought them a long time but needed HELP! They will be back 5 or 6 more times.🙏💫🙏

I stopped by after my ceramics class to just stretch out on the bench cushions, smell the amazing scents now from all the amazing flowers blooming and take in all the bird sounds. I think times like this are so important. I am thankful to have this place.

Every day I enter our Oasis, i am ever amazed by the changes and beauty here.

The Virginia Blue Bells are glorious! The bees are very happy... Bumble bees and Honey bees! Every day brings beautiful change.

Today was a gorgeous day in our Oasis. Dan the Beekeeper was there and our bees were happily buzzing about! He was there to feed them since it is currently a pollen time not a nectar time.
The Virginia Blue Bells will be blossoming soon . I saw a Red Headed Flicker, Mourning Doves, Robins, Blue Jays and saw our squirrels. I heard a bird that was a Warbler or Wren. I only heard it.
