Drive Change Alumni, now hourly employees working in the restaurant and hospitality sector, are being directly impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. Phase 1 ✅ Cohort 4 has officially wrapped up the internal training portion of the HSJ Fellowship. For two months the Fellows have learned culinary art skills, leadership and personal development, and social justice. Now onto phase 2 with our partner restaurants. We're excited for ya 🙌🏽

Our Fellowship is open for applications! Drive Change runs a Fellowship for formerly incarcerated youth that are interested in working in the hospitality sector while also learning about the criminal justice system. The Hospitality for Social Justice Fellowship provides a paid two-month training in culinary arts and social justice, followed by a job placement with a partner restaurant from Drive Change’s growing Hospitality for Social Justice network.

CONGRATS YA'LL 🎉 RP kurtcooks: Missing a few but you’re looking at cohort 4 fellows that completed their 8 week culinary training. It’s been my pleasure to work with this talent group of individuals as my first cohort as Culinary Director. Now we prepare for 6 month job placement with our HSJ (Hospitality for Social Justice) restaurant network. 🏁
