Our very own NBPA Northeast Regional Director, and former NBPA NYC Vice President of Programming, Janene McGraw, and our NBPA NYC Vice President of Membership, Joel Wright, helped shaped the conversation as panelists. Thursday May 14th at join us in celebrating the late Honorable Sterling Johnson, Jr., not only in remembrance of his birthday, but also his legacy, and his contribution to uplifting black prosecutors around the nation. One law student will be awarded a scholarship in his name during this night of fellowship. Save the date and come join us! Law students, support staff, family, and friends are always welcomed!

The Sterling Johnson NY Chapter of the NBPA alongside the Metropolitan Black Bar Association will be hosting The Hon. Theodore “Ted” T. Jones, Jr. Trial Advocacy Academy. The cost is free for dues paying NBPA members. If you are not a NBPA or MBBA member, you must pay $25. The event includes CLE credit and continental breakfast, lunch and a networking reception after. A great opportunity for newly admitted attorneys to obtain required live in person CLE credits!
