Kyrgyzstan calls for more Asian, African and Latin American UNSC seats As he announced his country's candidacy for a non-permanent seat on the UN Security Council, Kyrgyzstan's Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev called for its reform to include greater representation from Asia, Africa and South America.
