Our groups are so much better.

Just got off the call with Asst. SSA Commissioner, hung out with many businesses supporting NADR and their members, warm Atlantic Ocean, pool...and great wifey. Feeling a bit lucky being a Social Security rep.

Group private practice located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn seeking a Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW, LMHC, PhD preferred) to provide psychotherapy to individuals, family (children, adolescents, adults), and possibly couples/group counseling. Most clients have relationship issues, anxiety and/or depression. Most clients are working, with insurance through work and are high functioning, motivated and committed to treatment.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your clinical experience in a private practice setting without the responsibilities of building and running a business. This position provides the freedom to work independently within a supportive environment that values professional development and the personal growth of its clients and clinicians.
Our focus is integrative practice, but other approaches are welcome.
Preferred Evening and weekend, though flexible at this time.
Job Types: Part-time, as intakes come in.
Salary: $30-$40 per client session
Language: Polish speakers a plus
Requirements: Licensed providers only (LCSW, LMHC, or PhD preferred)
Job Description
● Conduct intakes.
● Provide individual group, couples and/or family therapy.
● Attend weekly supervision.
● Maintain up-to-date progress notes, correspondence regarding patient, treatment plans, and termination summaries within expected timeframes.
● Developmental and coordination of treatment plan with patient, et. al.
● Participate in utilization review and quality improvement review.
Experience:
● Relevant: 3 years (Preferred)
● Psychotherapy: 1 year (Preferred)
