Yesterday, our officers arrested an individual who was in possession of this firearm along with multiple rounds of ammunition were taken off the streets.
This removal helps keep our community safer. Great work by the team!

Through proactive policing, we continue to target illegal guns that endanger our community.

44th Pct PO Martinez partnered with MM Daycare to present a beautiful Mothers Extravaganza event, bringing smiles, glam, & appreciation to the amazing mothers in our community. From makeup touch-ups to meaningful moments, the room was filled with love, laughter, and Bronx pride.

While addressing quality of life issues and responding to complaints of public drinking, members of the 44th Precinct NST apprehended an individual in possession of this illegal firearm.

Our 44 Clergy Coalition joined our officers for open dialogue, partnership, and prayer.
