Data Drilldown. Annual Retreat. And we leveled up!🙌

Leaders, Deans, and Instructional Coaches from HCCS–Staten Island and HCCS–Park Slope came together to reflect on our data, celebrate progress, and identify ways to keep growing. Through thoughtful conversation and collaboration, we’re turning what we learn into meaningful next steps for our students and school communities.

One HCCS team, learning and growing together.
Together We Lead. Together We Grow.

A proud moment for the HCCS community!

Our Board Chairman, Charles Capetanakis, Esq., had the honor of meeting the Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

This special moment reflects the strong connection between HCCS and Greece, as well as our continued commitment to preserving and celebrating Hellenic culture, education, and values.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families forever changed, and the extraordinary courage of the first responders who ran toward danger to help others.

Here at HCCS, this day holds a deeply personal meaning. Our dedicated security team were first responders on 9/11, risking their own lives in service to others. Today, they continue that calling by protecting our students, staff, and families each and every day.

We are profoundly grateful for their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to keeping others safe. They are not only members of our security team—they are heroes within our HCCS family.

Today and always, we honor them. We remember all those we lost. And we will never forget. 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸

Today, as we celebrate the birth of our nation and the freedoms we cherish, we proudly reflect on the wonderful performances presented by our 4th grade students at both our Park Slope and Staten Island campuses. This performance is Park Slope’s🌟

Through music, dance, and reenactments, our students brought the story of the American Revolution to life with enthusiasm, confidence, and pride. Their hard work and dedication honored the courage, sacrifice, and enduring ideals that shaped our country’s history.

At Hellenic Classical Charter Schools, we are committed to helping students understand and appreciate the events that have defined our nation while inspiring them to become thoughtful, responsible citizens of the future.

We wish all of our HCCS families, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends a safe, joyful, and Happy Fourth of July! Happy 250th to the best Nation in the world 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️🌟

🇺🇸Happy Independence Day🇺🇸 What a special day to proudly reflect on the wonderful performances presented by our 4th graders for students at both Park Slope and Staten Island on the birthday of our Nation! America’s 250th! This post is Staten Island’s performance - through music, narration, and mostly true re-enactments (😉), our students brought the story of the American Revolution to life with enthusiasm, confidence, and pride. A special welcome to our new theatre coordinator, Ms. Christine, who in a short period of time coached our students, collaborated with teachers and brought this experience to life! This is HCCS🤩👏 Happy 4th everyone! Happy Birthday to the greatest nation 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
