After receiving The Commitment to End AIDS Award in 2021, Billy’s dedication and unwavering activism has made him the only person to receive both awards presented by The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation. It is his tenacious spirit and generous heart that makes him the perfect candidate for these accolades.
