💚 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY | OCTOBER 10

Mental health challenges don't always look the way we expect them to, and we don't always know what someone else is going through.

Whether you're struggling yourself, concerned about someone you care about, or simply looking for information, knowing where to turn for support can make a difference.

World Mental Health Day serves as a reminder of the importance of mental health awareness, understanding and making sure people know that support is available.

With that in mind, we've included a resource guide featuring a few options for crisis and urgent mental health support.

As we remember those who were lost in 2001.

Never Forget.

Today, the Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police joins our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honoring the extraordinary courage of the first responders who ran toward danger.

We remember the nearly 3,000 lives taken that day. We remember the police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and countless others who answered the call. And we remember the spirit of unity and service that brought our country together in the days that followed.

On this 25th anniversary, their courage, sacrifice, and service remain with us.

September 11, 2001 - Never Forget.
