🐾💔 ROSS NEEDS A HOME — BEFORE THE SHELTER TAKES ANY MORE FROM HIM. 💔🐾

Ross has been waiting for his forever home since February, and shelter life is starting to take a toll on him. He deserves so much more than spending his days behind kennel doors.

At around 2–3 years old, Ross is a big boy with a BIG heart and so much potential! 💙 He has completed 6 weeks of obedience training, and he’s ready for someone who will continue helping him become the amazing dog we know he can be.

🐶 Here’s what makes Ross special:
❤️ He’s a HUGE cuddle bug who loves affection.
🐾 He loves going for walks and spending time with his people.
🐕 He’s good with other dogs.
🎓 He’s completed six weeks of obedience training and has so much potential.
💗 He tends to prefer women and may do best with a female adopter who can build a trusting bond with him.

But here’s the hard part… 😞

Ross has been at the shelter so long that he’s started to see it as his home. He feels the need to protect his space from strangers, and the constant stress of shelter life is beginning to affect him mentally and physically. The longer he stays, the harder it is for him.

Ross doesn’t need to spend the rest of his life in a shelter. He needs a chance. He needs a home where he can decompress, feel safe, build trust, and finally just be a dog.

We know there’s an incredible dog underneath all that shelter stress. He needs someone willing to look past his struggles in this environment and see the loving, loyal companion he has the potential to become.

🙏 Please share Ross’s story. His person might not know he’s waiting for them yet.

Let’s get this big cuddle bug OUT OF THE SHELTER and into a home where he can finally thrive! 🏡❤️

📩 Contact the shelter for more information about adopting Ross.

He’s been waiting since February. Let’s not make him wait any longer. 🐾💔
