As Newington begins the search for a new Town Manager, we want to hear from the people who matter most: our residents!

The Town Manager’s role affects every resident, not just those employed by the town. From managing town services and overseeing daily operations to helping guide financial decisions and planning for Newington’s future, this position has an impact on our entire community.

We know our residents bring a wide range of professional backgrounds, knowledge, and life experiences to the table. Your perspective can help the Town Council better understand which qualities, skills, and experience are most important as they select the next person to lead our town’s day-to-day operations.

Please take a few minutes to complete this quick survey. Your input matters, and this is an opportunity to have your voice heard during an important decision for Newington’s future.
