🀄 Good things happen when our community comes together! 🀄

Our weekly Newbie Tuesday Mah Jongg, led by Bernie Shrager, is making a difference beyond the game table! Thanks to the generosity of the National Mah Jongg League and our local Mah Jongg community, funds were raised to benefit the Friends of the Newtown Public Library. ❤️📚

A huge thank-you to Bernie, our Mah Jongg players, and the National Mah Jongg League for supporting our library and our community!

Let’s talk about AI!

Join us at Newtown Public Library on Monday, October 5 at 6:00 PM for a special WHYY Philadelphia Bridging Blocks community discussion focused on artificial intelligence.

Bridging Blocks brings people together for moderated conversations about the issues shaping our communities—from voting and gentrification to emerging technology and beyond. This program is an opportunity to learn, ask questions, hear different perspectives, and take part in a thoughtful conversation about how AI is affecting our everyday lives.
