Niagara Area Habitat for Humanity (NAHFH) is looking for an experienced construction professional to join our team as a part-time Repairs Project Manager for an initial six-month term. This position manages and oversees the construction side of the affiliate’s home repair projects, from assessment and scope development through construction and closeout. The Repairs Project Manager works with homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and NAHFH staff to manage project budgets and schedules, ensure quality work, and address construction challenges as they arise.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing construction projects, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference through their work. You will use your construction experience to help improve homes and living conditions for local homeowners while supporting NAHFH’s mission. The position has the potential to extend or expand, including full-time, based on organizational needs, funding, and performance.

Pay Range: $22-$28 based on experience

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been apart of this milestone conference and be alongside some fantastic leaders from other affiliates across the globe. It was powerful to connect with so many passionate people who believe in safe, stable and affordable homeownership. 🌎🏡🫱🏼‍🫲🏾

Our team is out of the office this week as we attend the Habitat for Humanity International Conference in Atlanta! The first few days have been full of learning and making new connections all while having a little bit of fun!

This week we celebrated the retirement of our amazing Construction Manager, Russ! Although we are very sad to see him go, we want to wish him the best on his next chapter. His dedication will leave an imprint and the legacy he has built will continue to inspire others for years to come. 💙✨
